Book a Private Group Class

I offer beginner-friendly oil painting classes for groups, where we will focus on technique-building for your artistic practice. We may learn skills such as color mixing, sketching, underpainting, understanding values, brush stroke confidence, and more. Each guest will leave class with a completed painting.

For group classes, each participant will paint the same image. I offer still life painting classes and landscape painting classes. I am happy to choose a reference image, approved by the group, or for the group to provide their own, approved by me. Each class runs for approximately 2-4 hours depending on the image and the size of the group.

To book:

• Your group must have a minimum of 4 participants

• Pricing varies depending on the size of our canvasses, the amount of participants, and the location of the class

• For a beginner class held in your space, pricing is $75 per person. Prices include canvasses, pencils, brushes, paint, medium, rags, and palettes. I have a limited number of smocks/painting shirts but typically expect guests to provide their own

• I offer classes inside my private residence in Sunset Park, with a capacity of 6 participants, for an extra fee of $100

• If your group has more than 10 people, I offer a bulk discount rate of $60 per person

• I will provide clean-up if the class is held in your private space
